Returns & Shipping Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Opening the video of the merchandise is mandatory to raise any such request. Without the video, no return will be entertained.

 If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

All merchandise ordered on naurasproductsindia@gmail.com can be shipped to all parts of India. Our shipping time is 8-10 working days. We do not process orders on Sundays & on National Holidays.

Delivery:

1. Our delivery partners will attempt thrice before an item is returned to our warehouse. Please make sure you add your available phone/mobile number in the shipping address while you place an order, this will speed up the delivery process.

 2. For high-value products at a few delivery locations, our delivery partner may require a valid ID proof for delivering the goods. Please write to us at naurasproductsindia@gmail.com if you have any queries.

 3. Due to varying item availability, multiple items in a single order may be shipped separately. Each shipment will have its own tracking number and can be tracked on the Track Order
page under the same order number.

 4. We do not currently offer the ability to pick up your online order in-store. If you wish to make a purchase in one of our stores, please use the Store Locator
to find a store near you. You can also get in touch by contacting a customer services representative by completing our Contact Us form.
